Initial Consultation 

We will have an initial consultation call (or video call) to discuss your needs, goals, and circumstances. 

This is great opportunity for me to understand how I can help you in the best possible way. 

We will talk about any your history of training, fitness background and injury or issues that you might have. 

From there, I can build short term, medium term and long term Plan tailored to your needs, goals, and circumstances.

Packages

The program and each session would be tailored to your needs, level, experience and of course your goals.

Not solely focused on physical exercise, we practice a holistic approach to health.
My focus would be on results-based training and provide:

  • Body transformations;

  • Maintaining Healthy-Life Style 

  • Muscles Building 

 

My commitment is to ensure you are feeling great, satisfied and in your optimal shape mentally and physically after each PT session with me. 

 

I can travel to a location of your choice in Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Westminster. Travel outside these area may be subject to extra cost.

If you have any underlying injuries I will design a program to aim your recover from your injury first before starting any other plan, including many who

just want to return to a more active lifestyle after an extended period of living a sedentary lifestyle.

  • You will have my on-going support to answer any questions you might send to me through WhatsApp. I will do my best to support you whether it is about  training, nutrition or general health and wellbeing query.
