Initial Consultation
We will have an initial consultation call (or video call) to discuss your needs, goals, and circumstances.
This is great opportunity for me to understand how I can help you in the best possible way.
We will talk about your history of training, S&C background, your sporting schedule (if you are an athlete) and injury or issues that you might have.
From there, I can build short term, medium term and long term Plan tailored to your needs, goals, and circumstances.
Packages
Each client working with me, he/she will have bespoke individual program that will guide them to becoming a better athlete. My aim is to enhance your sporting performance with a tailored scientific program based on your sports and profile needs.
My programs could cover the following areas based on your needs and goals:

Each program would need 4-8 weeks of consistency to reach the optimal level of performance.
I will be committing to ensure you are getting better in your sporting career and performing at your best or help you to unleash the athlete within.
I can travel to a location of your choice in Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Westminster. Travel outside these area may be subject to extra cost.

You will have my on-going support to answer any questions you might send to me through WhatsApp. I will do my best to support you whether it is about training, nutrition or general health and wellbeing query.
